What are these slippers made of?

The Essentials collection is made of compounds using natural rubber as oppposed to synthetic rubber. Years of research has gone into putting together the perfect formula for this. Our slippers has the perfect blend of lightweight comfort and durable sole.

Are these slippers odor resistant?

Yes, our slippers are quick dry, waterproof ,slip resistant and free of any odor. 

What is the packaging?

We provide a Quick Dry and re-usable carry zip bag.  We believe that plastic causes damage to the enviroment. It is not good for animals , unfortunately a major chunk ends up in their stomachs.We also believe in saving trees and saving paper. Thus our efforts minimize the use of paper and plastic.

Shipping

Where are the items shipped from?

All our items our sold by the official GoFlip company warehouse located at BG-123, Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar, Delhi – 110042.

What is the order processing time and shipping hours?
Most of our orders are shipped on the next day. We try to keep our order processing fast and smooth. The orders are picked up by couriers during day time which ranges from 10am – 6pm. 
How much time does it take to reach a customer?

All India delivery takes about 4-5 days. 

Is shipping free?

All our orders by default include the shipping fee. As a customer you do not have to ever pay extra for shipping.

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy – which means after receiving the delivery, a customer can put an exchange or return request by following means – 
 
1. Visit the website and go to the support section on the homepage, then click on exchange and refunds.

Please note we should receive your exchange or return request within 7 days of delivery, post that no requests will be acknowledged. 
 
For refunds please check your bank statement which should mention our company name – 4all Lifestyle Private Limited.

For exchanges – our courier partner will pick up goods from the delivery address only. Once we receive back the item, the exchanged item will be shipped.
