Refund and Returns Policy

We have a 7-day Refund and Returns Policy – which means after receiving the delivery, a customer can put in an exchange or return request by the following means –

1. Visit the website and go to the support section on the homepage, then click on exchange and refunds and fill out the form available there. 

2. By emailing us at [email protected]

3. By Whatsapp  +91 92895 82898 

Please note we should receive your exchange or return request within 7 days of delivery, after which no requests will be acknowledged. 
For refunds please check your bank statement which should mention our company name – 4all Lifestyle Private Limited.

For exchanges – our courier partner will pick up goods from the delivery address only. Once we receive back the item, the exchanged item will be shipped.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note – Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
